いっとうち【一等地】

prime real estate; prime land.

●都市銀行の本店はたいてい都心の一等地にある. Most city banks have their main branch in a prime downtown location.

・彼は新橋駅から徒歩 5 分の一等地に事務所を開いた. He set up his office in a prime location five minutes on foot from Shinbashi Station.

●彼女は都心一等地の高級マンションに住んでいる. She lives in a luxurious apartment in a fashionable district near the city center.
